I have had some of you ask where I get my graphics and information. Well all of the graphics are available on Q-Link as well as some being available on GEnie and PEOPLELINK. As too the information, well I use a number of sources such

as, THE STAR TREK TECHNICAL MANUAL; THE STAR TREK-THE NEXT GENERATION OFFICERS MANUAL; THE KLINGON DICTIONARY; WORLDS OF THE FEDERATION; and many others available. I also have a large selecetion of blueprints in my collection that I use. But my favorite reference book is SHIPS OF THE STARFLEET. This book is an fantastic source of technical information. It is not available in bookstores and difficult to find but well worth it. Speaking of blueprints, be on the lookout for a new set of prints available for ST-TNG. This will be distributed in B. Daton and Waldenbook stores.
Now allow me to climb onto the soapbox. Many
fans are of the belief that space exploration is of some importance. But did you know that the United States budget for space exploration gets smaller and smaller each year. We have allocated fund for Space Station FREEDOM but because of budgetary problem we have had to scaleback the size of it. Now as a person who grew up with the US space program I remember the euphoria I felt when we landed and walked a man on the moon. It seemed at the time that the whole country was behind it but alas the times have changed. Because of this I am asking and inviting all of you, the readers of VOYAGES, to support and join organizations that work for space exploration. The are fine organization such as the L-5 Society and the Planetary Society that need your support. If you are interested just contact your local science museum or planatarium and I am sure that they can set you in the right direction. Or contact the Planetary Society directly at:
